Return

Any undamaged product returned within 30 days will be refunded using the original method of payment. Onquata will not cover the cost of returning merchandise , unless it is a manufacturing defect. 

The refund will be effective within 5 days of receipt of the product to be refunded. 

Exchange 

Any undamaged product returned within 30 days is exchangeable . Onquata will not support the return costs , nor the costs of returning the goods. 

Delivery

Delivery charges of $5.00 to $20.00 may apply. Delivery takes 7-10 business days.
