Returns

Any undamaged product returned within 30 days will be refunded to the original payment method. Onquata will not cover the cost of return shipping, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

The refund will be processed within 5 days of receiving the product to be refunded.

Gift cards are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Any undamaged product returned within 30 days is exchangeable. Onquata will not cover the cost of return shipping or reshipping the merchandise.

Shipping

Shipping fees of $5.00 to $25.00 may apply. Delivery takes 5 to 15 business days from the date of your order.
